Title: AVP, Scrum Master

Michele Slowinski is an AVP, Scrum Master for the Enterprise Customer Engagement (ECE) strategic initiative.

 

In her role, Michele is responsible for agile teams comprised of Data Engineers, API developers and Workstation developers. Michele brings great experience in Agile methodologies including Scaled Agile and is a key contributor in adopting and evolving agile practices at Synchrony.

 

Michele has an exciting background and is an accomplished project and process management professional. Michele has more than 10+ years Fortune 500 experience using both waterfall and agile project management working in financial, technology, and retail services environments.   

 

Michele is a member of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and has certifications as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Scaled Agile Framework Advanced Scrum Master (SAFe SM). Michele is also a member of  the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). In addition, Michele is a member of the Agile Alliance, Scrum Alliance, and is certified as a Scrum Master (CSM) and Product Owner (CSPO). Plus, to build on the agile principles Michele is also a LSS-Green Belt.

 

As a career highlight, Michele provided a narrative titled, "My Agile Journey", published as part of the publication, "Real World Agility", published by Pearson Education 2017, authored by Daniel Gullo.
