Magnus Ingelbo
About
Magnus Ingelbo is a scrum professional and project leader with international hand-on project experience in the field of radiology, oncology, general health care and medical device development. Magnus earned his M.Sc. in Computer Science 1996 at the Computer Science Department at Uppsala University, Sweden and entered the software industy by developing optimizing ANSI C compilers and debuggers for embedded targets at IAR Systems AB.
Magnus has also worked 10 years at ABB starting out at the Swedish Corporate Research unit where his interest for software methodologies and method frameworks was founded. After working as a developer, software architect and project leader in waterfall-like models, his initial scrum experience in Perth, Western Australia was liberating and highly inspiring - it paved the way for an interest for agile software development in general and for scrum in particular.
Today, Magnus is a driven agile coach, team leader, consultant and change manager. He is currently active in Sweden in the area of industrial automation and enjoys taking on challenges involving scaling agile/lean and improving team performance in scrum activities. Magnus thrives on combining kanban and scrum and has a deep understanding of all scrum roles which orgins from his work as Team Member, Scrum Master and Product Owner in small to medium-sized international development projects.
