MG is an experienced and successful certified Agile Project Manager/ Scrum Master with over 15 years of experience of working on projects with very demanding customers, such as top US Insurance companies (Medical, Insurance, Finance, Retail), the US military, the online for-Profit Educational Industry and in recent years the life sciences industry.

The last 5 years MG has held the role of a Agile Transformation Lead, transitioning companies to Agile/Scrum. She has implemented Scrum from inception and served as Scrum Master, for multiple companies. Product team(s) consisting of Development, Quality Assurance, Systems Engineering, UX, Business Requirements team members, a Product Owner, in addition to interacting with stakeholders from other departments.

In addition to her current background of Project Management (Agile and Traditional), MG offers over 20 years of experience specializing in software testing and application support for mission critical web / ecommerce, unix/ windows-based applications and Data Warehouse/Datamarts/BI.

MG has worked with various Software Development Lifecycles in her time such as the traditional waterfall method, Xtreme programming using the iterative process and SCRUM/Agile development.
