Marissa Bornholdt

Marissa Bornholdt - I'm an Enterprise Agile Coach and Transformation Leader.  I've been a passionate Agilist since 2009 when I discovered that Agile was more than a programming technique.  I've worked on countless Enterprise Transformation efforts over the years and have supported organizations of all sizes from small start ups to mid-size non-profits, to large national and international organizations.  I've also worked with teams along the full spectrum of Agility, from starting their first Agile project to very mature, high-performing teams and scaled programs and portfolios that integrate leading and emerging practices in Business Agility, XP, and Organizational Agility.  My path to coaching followed the traditional trajectory from PM to PO to SM to RTE to Agile Leader to Agile Coach to Enterprise Coach.

I'm passionate about helping organizations as they navigate through the Agile Transformation process and working with teams as they learn how to adopt the Agile mindset to shift the way they work and interact with each other.  I believe a pragmatic approach to enterprise transformation works best and seek to understand the business environment I'm coaching in while working with teams to improve their effectiveness by introducing Agility in a way that fits within the organization's culture and structure while holding true to the principles and values of Agile.
