I help organizations create great user experiences (UX), and interaction designs (IxD). I work with the user-centered design processes, and Lean Startup / Lean UX methods to quickly validate assumptions and track progress, to design what has value for both the user and the business.
I gather and evaluate user research, which includes analyzing web data and creating A|B tests. I also construct research plans; recruit participants, write moderator scripts/test plans, conduct interviews and Listening Labs; manage surveys/questionnaires; monitor user comments; and administer remote user testing.
I determine information architecture and visual communication requirements for content hierarchy, navigation, and interactions. I propose UX for long-term goals with intent and strategy planning. I lead collaborative ideation for design solutions, with affinity diagramming.
I create user experience resources—including personas, user flows, user scenarios, and customer journey maps. I create mockups for prototyping ideas with required level of fidelity—including with JavaScript and Bootstrap. I draft wireframes and write specifications while working with engineers in an Agile Scrum environment.
I also have a background in graphic design for branding, including web, mobile, and print.
