Currently, I am the Regional IT Director - Head of Infrastructure at Bó Lè Associates, a leading and award-winning international executive search firm that has 18 wholly-owned offices throughout Asia. In my 15-year stint in the company and as an agile project manager, I have helped build and start up an IT shared service support organization that includes organizational design, and hired people comprising of managers and specialists in China and SEA. I have also initiated and successfully led the establishment of clear “Roles & Responsibilities” within IT support that includes strategy/planning and design, application and infrastructure development, data center services, and end user support services. This provided management with functional boundaries resulting to higher quality and faster delivery of IT services; I leverage my ability to take action, deliver results, and work with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. Prior to joining Bó Lè Associates, I worked as a senior system and network administrator for Asia Online in the Philippines, a provider of IT consultancy and services to corporate clients.
