Agile coach. Ten years of experience assessing, teaching, mentoring and coaching newcomers, professionals with experience and companies in Agile frameworks and methodologies. Solid technical background and proven track record of success in Public sector and government, software development, telecommunications, media, and e-commerce sectors.
Strong communication and coaching abilities, key factors when implementing Agile, having led several transitions from classic project management and traditional software development backgrounds to Agile environments trough the use of frameworks like Scrum.
Broad experience working with mixed and distributed teams, not only with Scrum, but also Kanban, Scrumban; BDD and TDD at technical level. Applied lean and its principles to provide companies an Agile approach to integrate the work done by non-technical employees with the work done by IT professionals, providing companies an approach to integrate the work done under Agile processes with Business Metrics.
