I build software and am a huge believer that Agile methodologies (be they Scrum or something else) are the way to deliver software. Collaboration with the customer and being able to quickly deliver and quickly fail is what it's all about.

I am a Software Consultant; developer, team leader and project manager with a lot of experience in the financial services sector. I am experienced at offering Scrum and general software consultancy.

I am also the founder of Agile North East a Scrum Alliance affiliated group that meets in Newcastle every month. I contribute content to the meetings and drive the community that is emerging from bringing a group of local professionals together.
