I have been a Scrum practitioner since Jan-2008 from the time it was mandated by our management in Microsoft. Initially it was followed as a process & it took time for me to embrace the values & I had a good understanding of the process (and philosophy to some extent) by the time I left Microsot in Aug-2010.

My Agile journey continued in my next company, Computer Associates as well where I worked as a Scrum team member from Sep-2010 till Oct-2011.

In Oct, 2011 I joined Konylabs as a Test Lead and initial couple of years I followed KADP (Kony Application Development Process)  which was a bit customized version of waterfall suited for projects being developed in mobility domain.
I used to recommend following Agile processes & as my Agile knowledge was recognized, I started training & mentoring my team in Agile philosophy & Scrum practices. Based on Scrum experience & Knowledge, I started getting recognised as one of the Agile practitioner in the company.I delivered multiple projects within the organisation as a Scrum Master or Agile team manager in last 4+ years and the journey still continues.

I have provided Agile training & coaching to multiple teams outside my projects as well  to ensure that they understand & follow the Agile principles and follow Agile best practices
