Heather Leigh has more than 20 years of Public Relations experience working in Media Relations, Public Affairs, Strategic Communications, Charitable Giving, Corporate & Government Affairs, Internal & External Commuications, Community Education and Outreach. She also has experience in Event Planning, Public Awareness Campaigns and Crisis Communications. Heather's past work experience includes time as a radio DJ, TV News Anchor, Reporter Producer, Writer and Editor. She spent more than a decade working disasters across the United States while working for The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and spend several years in Corporate PR before starting her own PR firm. Heather is a gradutate of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. She has a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts with a major in Journalism and a minor is Speech Communications. Heather joined Scrum Alliance as the Public Relations and Communications Director in June of 2014.
