Greg DePasquale

Greg DePasquale, M.S. is a Project Management Professional (PMP) & Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) leading enterprise agile transformations & software development projects. He holds a Master of Science in the Management of Information Technology from UVA and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech. Mr. DePasquale's areas of expertise include Agile Team Leadership, Software Development Project Management, Agile Methodology Transition, Business Analysis and Strategic IT Portfolio Management.

In November of 2012, Mr. DePasquale founded Red Sand Systems to bring his unique mix of organizational transition leadership and enterprise software management skills directly to his clients. He is currently an Agile Coach and Agile Transition Consultant at the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts in Washington DC. Prior to joining the Courts, Mr. DePasquale was the Sr. ScrumMaster/Agile Project Manager leading a mission-critical web-application engineering effort at Customs and Border Protection (CBP).  While at CBP, Mr. DePasquale planned and executed the directorate's methodology transition from Extreme Programming (XP) to Agile Scrum.
