The following is my Agile/Scrum Experience:
Served as as Head of Agile Transformation, Mentor, Scrum Master, Senior Agile Program Manager and Senior Project Manager working on diverse technology projects in the retail, financial services and technology insurance industries at Fortune 100 and 50 companies.Worked with newly stood up Agile teams ranging from 7 to 15 members and helped them in becoming self-managed. Assisted in the transition of teams from Waterfall software development processes to Agile principles and best practices. Helped newly stood-up Agile/Scrum teams set a solid foundation and reinforced Agile and Scrum methodologies among the team members, Facilitated all Agile/Scrum ceremonies for my teams which included daily stand-ups, sprint planning (comprising of team capacity and velocity planning), sprint reviews and retrospectives and Scrum of Scrum meetings.
Mentored various team members including Product Owners and Business to help them better understand their roles and responsibilities. Helped new Scrum Masters get acquainted to the Agile and Scrum methodologoes and helped them become successful. Served as a servant leader for my teams and helped them become successful by resolving impediments in a timely manner.
