Elizabeth Drake

Elizabeth Drake is a Product Manager at Oracle in the Customer Service Technology organization. She works with business users and product development to create and enhance technology products specific to customer service, field service, and logistics.

Elizabeth also holds a Masters degree in Software Engineering from Penn State and a Pragmatic Marketing Foundations PMC-I certification. She attended PMI's Project Management certification training via Villanova University.
