Dustin Hinton

Dustin Hinton is the Director of Agile Execution at Employbridge. He is currently a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product owner through the Scrum Alliance, as well as a Certified LeSS Practitioner through The Less Company B.V.

With 14+ years experience working with Agile teams and helping multiple companies work through Agile transitions, Dustin has a broad range of experience that can be applied to many industries and teams. Some companies that Dustin has lead through the adoption/evolution of Agile are Intermec Technologies, Honeywell Scanning and Mobility, TaxAct Inc., Cambridge Investment Research, and WP Engine.

Through the many different scenarios that Dustin has coached teams on, he has developed a skill set suitable for helping teams take a practical approach to adopting Agile and seeing results quickly. Dustin has seen this be applied to teams of any size in industries outside of software development and fully believes that most organizations can benefit from implementing Agile principles.
