Christine Neidhardt

Christine Neidhardt is a Transformation Coach and specialist in helping people, teams and companies change by finding their claritiy, purpose and strength.

She started as Agricultural Engineer, worked 15 years for the organic movement and ten years for the Leading Organic Trade Fair BioFach in Germany. Since 2000 she founded her own company focussing on change and development of companies and people through the support of personality, teams, leadership and management.

Since 2010 she is an active part of the agile Community and got her CSM that year. Her passion is to create respectful, supporting and safe environments for companies and teams, to enable collaborators to thrive, learn and to influence. Companies are much more open since Scrum and other agile Practices are accepted as processes and bring forward a mindset which allows change to happen. They mirror constantly the system to itself. In combination with the 15 years Coaching and Consulting background of Christine and the systemic tools, HBDI and Temenos she uses, she can bridge between agile Background and the needed communication and conflict tools which are needed to bring a system forward. Since 2013 she is focussing on the „CultureApp“ Temenos together with Olaf Lewitz, created the TrustTemenos Leadership Academy and is offering CAL1 Courses as a co-facilitator with Olaf Lewitz. In 2016 they published ShowingUp on Leanpub helping leaders to increase their impact in complex systems. She activly works as ScrumMaster, Agile Coach, Intermediate Manager and Consultant in Agile Transformation Projects since 2014. Christine Neidhardt initiated in a team of ten Play4Agile and is a wellknown Speaker in many Agile Conferences like Agile, ScrumGathering, Agile Testing Days and OOP. She is a skilled systemic Coach and constellation facilitator and supports people to solve conflicts and enhance their communication skills, as well as to increase clarity, intent and impact, especially in Agile Transformation Projects.
