Carol loves constructing technical ways to connect people to what they need. Whether helping to launch the first non-governmental ISP's in Guatemala, remote engine start for BMW, or making sure Walmart.com shoppers can find the items they need, Carol's first priority is always the customer. She is a passionate evangelist for Agile and Scrum methodologies and trains teams to use these frameworks effectively.
Having served in several large enterprise web operations teams, DevOps and security is a specialty of Carol's and she coaches and trains teams on how DevOps can make the web a better place.
One of her key strengths is communicating vital, technical data between stakeholders and technology teams. She has helped teams stick together and execute during high pressure situations like Toyota during their Super Bowl Ad, Walmart.com on Black Friday, and Dunkindonuts.com on National Donut Day.
Carol also has her B.S. in Organizational Security, an MaED in Education and an MBA with a CyberSecurity specialization.
