Broughan Macklin
My background is in Java and web development before moving into a number of management roles such as Software Development Manager, Implementation Manager, and CTO. I began my Agile journey back in 2003 when I introduced XP to my software development team. Needless to say, it was life-changing!
Then I was introduced to Scrum in 2008 from a fantastic mentor whom we recruited from Amazon. Since then I have rolled out Scrum across three organisations. I am a Certified Scrum Professional who participates in many Agile user groups and other Agile community events.
