 I facilitate brainstorming sessions, lean Inception, Design Sprint, Design Thinking support and encourage group decision making by the team, being a facilitator and promoter of self-organization. I mediate conflicts always encouraging mutual understanding and collaboration between Team members. I create agile metrics in order to improve communication and team performance, aiming at improvements and continuous deliveries

Passionate about UX, always looking to generate the best experiences for users, using prototyping tools like Axure and Adobe XD.
With knowledge in business intelligence (Modeling and ETL) and tools like Pentaho, PowerBi and Tableau to assist in decision making.

Skill: SCRUM, PMBOK, PHP, Ruby On Rails, Swif IOS, MySql, PostgreSQL, SqlServer, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Usability of interfaces and Agile Methodologies.
