The BMW.next (now BMW.digital) project is a very large scrum project which develops and rollout the worlwide webside of BMW. It starts with six scrum teams in 2010. At the begining of 2011 another nine scrum teams joins. I've started in 2010 as a scrum developer. Since some time I'am working as a developing scrummaster for one of the teams. At the end of 2011 we had the first of about 100 rollouts in austria (www.bmw.at).
