I have 18 years of experience using Scrum, Kanban, Agile and Lean and applying them in complex problem spaces.

I particularly enjoy helping people through coaching, to understand the principles, and methods they wish to employ and then apply this within their available tooling; getting the balance between theory and practise without compromising too much on either is key.

Another interest is understanding the interplay of other elements e.g. DevOps and UX, with Agile and Scrum and recognising how good ideas often work well together.
