As an Executive Transformation Coach, I am responsible for large enterprise organizational & process transformations. In this role, I perform organizational assessments to determine the partner's need and create plans and options for engagement. Once engaged I lead training workshops to make sure that all of the people that will be involved in the transformation have a common understanding of Scrum, and then we begin to form teams and backlogs. I then create the transformation plan to move the part of or entire organization to Scrum - my responsibilities also include managing the engagement leads & teams to successful outcomes.

I would train the teams initially by executing a 2-3 day intensive bootcamp, then i would pair with the PO and the ScrumMasters to give them the coaching and guidance need to become successful team members. Once the teams stabilized - I began to introduce Scrum to the Director & VP levels of the org, to enable them to apply better decision making in regard to value, capacity and capability at the program and portfolio. This set the groundwork for the orgs to be positive examples for applying Scrum across larger organizations.
