Vinay Tripathi has been working in IT industry for last 12 years. Vinay has bachelor and masters degree in IT specialising in software development. Vinay has been working in Agile environment for last 6 years and during this time, he has played various roles like development lead, development manager, delivery manager, scrum master and recently as an Agile coach and trainer.
Other than doing coaching role at NAB, Vinay also runs a 2 day training course on Agile SDLC for NAB's internal staff.
When not working, Vinay likes to spend his time with his lovely wife and 2 beautiful daughters and if any time still left, Vinay likes to spend it by playing cricket or photography.
