My name is Nicolas Lochet, I have 7 years + of experience coaching teams and organizations to be Agile from project to executive levels. I'm a conference speaker, published writer, blogger, trainer, graphic facilitator and share/teach knowledge around.
I also have 13 years of experience leading and managing in-house or outsourced projects in the Interactive Entertainment industry using Agile methodologies. When I moved out of this Industry was the time when I realised that those practices were not that common and that people needed serious help to improve. This is when I really started to be interesting in becoming an Agile Coach and helping people to see things differently!
I have International experience working abroad and with partners in France, UK, Germany, Spain, Austria, Romania, Poland, and Canada.
I've been a manager experiencing direct management of teams up to 50+ people and remote management of 100+ teams.
