I am an agile leader and a organisational architect with a strong and versatile history in software industry.
I find my motivation in demanding situations where people, technology, business and processes meet. I thrive both in direct value creation and enabling or helping others to succeed. One my biggest strengths is being able to understand the big picture and pay attention to the details - and move between the different levels of abstraction.
I want to become even more experienced change leader and have an impact on how people work, and how they feel about their work, because I believe that in the end they will make the ultimate difference.
