Biography

Professional with over 15 years of experience in the Digital Media field. I consider myself a pioneer of sorts in the Internet space. I have had a passion for the internet since I first began using at the age of 14. I started freelancing when I was 15 - building websites for various companies.
With a background in coaching, I strongly believe in the human aspect of technology and therefore focus on Agile Coaching for individuals as well as teams.

Being a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) I also specialise in Agile project/programme management using Scrum (敏捷項目) and Lean Kanban (看板). Believing fully in the principle off Kaizen (改善), I do a lot of work managing and improving processes, which I got praised for by Deloitte in 2010. I also focus on web architecture, information architecture, search engine optimisation, usability and user experience.

I was the product owner of Amnesty International's main global website amnesty.org for over 2 years. Other web products I was heavily involved with include benjerry.co.uk, tasteandsmile.com, glenlivet.com, report2007.amnesty.org, report2008.amnesty.org, report2009.amnesty.org, obama100days.amnesty.org, makesomenoise.amnesty.org, thechinadebate.org, livewire.amnesty.org and crisis.org.uk.

Considering myself as inherently agile, I've got a GTD attitude and always get things done on time.

I am the organiser of the London Scrum User Group Digital Project Managers group and co-organiser of the London Scrum User Group.
I'm fluent in English, German, Swiss German, Mandarin and Cantonese
