Ericsson has been experiencing a worldwide transition to Agile methodologies using Scrum as reference framework, having a huge success in transitioning thousands of people across the world from a waterfall approach. From the point of view of agile, is now a mature organisation which is working to become the agile leader in telco.
During several months, coached 200+ people including Agile Line Managers, Scrum of Scrums, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and engineers to bring the agile scaling concepts into the organisation, facilitating the transition of management in OSS area. Helped to develop and integrate agile principles and values that really belonged to the organisation. This resulted in a newly vision about how Agility should form part of everyone and everyday work.
