About
Abel Shen had over eight years experience in the Information Technology industry(especially related to the realtime system) leading teams deliver softwares with high performance and high quality in legacy way mixed with some XP methods before 2008.
As Abel was attracted to the Agile engineering practiced in Perficient in 2009, he joined Perficient and got his CSM in that year.
Perficient's China Global Development Center, located in Hangzhou China, has been successfully delivering projects using Agile delivery since it was established in 2004. In addition to Agile thought leadership the Perficient Hangzhou GDC is also SCAMPI Class A assessed at CMMI Level 5. The Hangzhou team includes 20 ScrumMasters and is the sponsor of the Hangzhou Scrum Forum, the Agile Awareness Lecture Series, and other regional Scrum related events each year.
After Abel immigrated to Canada in 2012 and worked as an IT consultant in Perficient Canada, now he works as a contractor in Canada.
