Full time, I work as the Lead for Web Design and Systems Integrations for the government in Northern Virginia. My duties include the management and development of various technical programs, strategic initiatives, websites, resources and personnel. I am deeply rooted family man with Marine Corps background. Also, I have designed, built, and managed several external/internal web presences. Lastly, in my spare time (if there is such a thing) I serve as a Technical Instructor; I teach people what SharePoint is and how to implement it effectively. I have been administering SharePoint farms, developing SharePoint applications and creating various business solutions since mid-year 2008. Consulting abilities include but are not limited to: All aspects of Microsoft Office with a concentration on SharePoint, Process Improvement (LSS), Scrum Master (CSM) Project Management, Leadership, Motivation and Self-Improvement.
