Executive Summary I am a passionate professional currently employed with Aflac Inc. as a Scrum Master II after my most recent academic accomplishment of earning my Masters of Science in Information Systems from Auburn University in May of 2016. I have a diverse background that includes extensive experience in Information Technology, Sales, and Sales Management. My intentions with my most recent blend of academic training combined with my versatile work experience is to always seek an opportunity to contribute as an asset while I continue to progress forward with both my professional & personal growth.

-Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Project
-Currently managing the Robotics Agile Project Team for 2019 that is scheduled to deliver in between 8-10 Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Bots as we incorporate the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology into the capabilities of our Robotic Process Automation Bots as the team begins its transition into Intelligent Automation.
-Managed the Robotics Agile Project Team that delivered 13 Robotic Process Automation Bots (4 for Aflac Group & 9 for Aflac Individual) that were delivered throughout 2018.
-Managed the Robotics Agile Project Team that delivered 8 Robotic Process Automation Bots (7 for Aflac Group & 1 for Aflac Individual) that were delivered between July and December of 2017.
-In my current role; as Aflac’s IT organization is transitioning from the role of Project Managers to the role of a Scrum Masters I am tasked with the opportunity to lead the Robotics Agile team on one of Aflac’s ongoing Strategic Initiative to deliver the first Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Bots within Aflac beginning in 2017.
-This Robotic Process Automation initiative provides significant cost savings, improve auditability, and speeds up transaction turnaround times.
-In this role I have been able to leverage my Business & IT acumen for problem solving, decision making at various levels, and procure positive relationships all within the scope of project and process management.
-I am able to communicate effectively through written, oral, and visual presentations to drive and deliver results within the agile methodology of Project Management.
-Tasked with managing and effectively communicating with a diverse and cross-functional team of on-shore & off shore developers, testers, business analysts, architects, vendor consultants, and other project resources throughout this Robotics Initiative.
-I performed process assessment and delivery of the first RPA platform (Automation Anywhere) that was on boarded in 2017 as well as the second RPA platform (Blueprism) that we on boarded in 2018.
-Currently leading the RPA platform conversion of our current RPA Bots from the Automation Anywhere RPA platform to the now in place Blue Prism RPA platform.
-As a servant leader I am tasked with leading and implementing an agile RPA project effort by training, mentoring, and coaching this newly formed agile team on the agile values and principles.
-In my role as Scrum Master my responsibilities also include facilitating all of the scrum ceremonies: Daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Backlog Refinement meetings, Sprint Planning meetings, Sprint Review meetings, and Sprint Retrospective meetings.
-Computer Associates (Clarity) Project Portfolio Management 15.1 Enterprise Software Upgrade Project
-Managed the kick off of the Project Portfolio Management initiative\project whose goal was to align business goals & strategies with the then current Project Investments.
-Converted and managed this agile project team of analysts, consultants, internal and external developers for the Computer Associate\Clarity software upgrade which was a key dependency for the Transformation Portfolio Management Process Build.
-Managed team of internal and external developers Stoplight Report Development for the next phase of this project.
-As a servant leader converted, trained, and coached this already existing Waterfall team on agile values, principles while using the Agile tool Version One
