Hi,

I am Rochit Kumar Gupta.

As a Certified Scrum Professional, I bring 15 years of proven IT experience and a solid track record of leading teams through the challenging transition from waterfall to Agile practices. 

In 2009, I got involved into an Agile Project that used Scrum.  Benefits of the Scrum helped to get the better and quicker results which instigated me to further adapt to Agile methodology.

Since then I have become more deeply involved in the Agile community, and frequently participate in discussion groups. I have worked with software and non-software teams in various capacities from facilitating training and workshops to getting deeply involved ‘in the trenches’ with teams. 

I believe that Agile is more than an alternate project management methodology and I am passionate about deepening the roles in Agile to help Agile move into its fullest expression.

I am an Active Member of South Florida Association (Scrum Alliance User Group “South Florida SUG”) and Tampa Bay Agile.
