Na-Young Lee

Na-Young Lee is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Advanced Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Professional located in Berlin. As a Scrum Master, she is working with a solid team. She is currently working with the team on a complex website launch for a car distributor.
Lee started out as a classic project manager, serving a wide range of clients including Volkswagen AG, Siemens Hausgeräte and Carl Zeiss Meditec. During the implementation of the projects classically after waterfall, she questioned the way of implementation more and more, whether the waterfall can actually satisfy the user needs. This is how the passion for agile and the desire to work agile emerged. Lee began to gain experience in the agile way of working in 2014 and deepened it over the years. At the beginning of 2017 she got certified as a Scrum Master by the Scrum Alliance. It was followed by a certification as an Advanced Scrum Master and a Scrum Professional. She is leading the Community of Practice within Aperto.
