Abel Garcia - In July 2016 I started to talk to my organization about Scrum and its benefits. After 6 months we decided to try it and now I am the product owner for everything related to the transformation. I needed to learn Scrum and understand it at a deep level to be able to explain it to all of the stakeholders and the people concerned about the change. I have been working with product development teams for over 10 years with different amounts of iterations, sometimes as a product owner and other times as a scrum master (or similar roles). This has given me the opportunity to understand how to define value, how to enhance collaboration, and how to find ways to maximize the value a certain team can generate.
