Mikael Lundgren

Mikael Lundgren is a transformation leader, interrim manager and agile mentor helping people and organizations adopt and understand agile and lean practices in their workplace.

After finishing his degree in CS from Uppsala University, he worked as a member and/or leader of development teams before discovering Scrum and agile leadership as a project manager around the turn of the millennium. Working with agile practices in the multi-disciplinary environment of a fast growing biotech company gave Mikael a unique background to earn his CSM certification in 2003 and to become a CST in 2006. 

As a business consultant, he has worked with everything from startups to global corporations with the same focus - to create an environment where product development can thrive in a sustainable manner, which is also reflected in the many case studies and stories presented during the training sessions!
