I am Experienced Agile Coach, involved in large scale agile transformation for complex IT services including legacy system. Skilled in cloud computing, designing innovative business solutions, integration and application development. Demonstrated mastery in evaluating requirements for business application integration and migration. Proven mentor and training with expertise in communicating across organizational levels and with cross-functional teams to drive shared vision and foster culture of excellence.

I have very good know how of Kanban, SAFe, DAD, DSDM, etc and expert knowledge and implementaion of SCRUM. Over last few years I have successfully delivered many development and integration projects. For all projects Scrum or Agile was adopted as the method of execution for the projects due to the fact that the applications being developed are either complex in nature or are from scratch or are of Integration projects in nature. I defined processes and tools best suited to each integration projects. Implemented Jira, Jira Agile and Confluence at the project level to manage agile project which later utilised at the organisation level I provide necessary guidance to Product owners and Business Analyst team to create and maintain the product backlog using scrum practices like backlog grooming, prioritisation, estimation revisions and release planning. I also followed scrum of scrum practice where representative from each team meets to coordinate the work of multiple scrum team. As a hard believer of self-organised team, I always consider supporting the team instead of managing them.

Has worked extensively on Core Java, Struts2.0,Spring, Ajax, JavaScript, Dojo Library, JQuery, Jasper Reports.Good Understanding of performance tools like DynaTrace, Fiddler, JMeter, Jprofiler. Has expertise in System Analysis, programming and developing Web-based applications using J2EE. Integration expert using CastIron and Mulesoft. Worked on AWS Migration of applications using IAM, EC2, S3, EBS, VPC, SWF, LAMBDA, SQS, ELB, API gateway, Cloud Formation, Cloud Watch, Code Commit and Code Deploy. I am an Agile practitioner since August 2012 with an agile mindset, values, principles and foundational concepts. I have an good exposure of what it means to be agile and achieve organizational agility without specific focus on any single agile methodology or framework (i.e. Scrum, XP, DSDM, SAFe,Kanban, DAD etc.).

One of my biggest strength is building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving. This helped me in facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work and furthermore helping me in facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution smoothly.
