Lisa Lipe

I am a passionate Agile practitioner committed to sharing the benefits of using SAFe and Agile to successfully transform your organization!  I want to inspire others to become engaged, motivated Agile Leaders that lead their organizations through successful transformations and build cultures founded on mutual respect, transparency and alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder priorities.  I am a lifelong learner and strong believer in the practice of Continuous Learning.  I teach because I love it and want to share knowledge with others that will positively impact their lives and the organizations for which they work.  

During the last 6+ years I have served in the role of Agile Coach, Agile Instructor and Scrum Master. While serving in these roles, I’ve participated in the digital transformation of companies in the Telecommunication, Space and Intelligence industries using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to increase the speed of value delivery to their customers and increase their competitive advantage.  

I’m an SPC with a bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Systems and a master’s degree in Finance.  I’m honored to say I served in the US Navy as an Electronic Technician specializing in electronic calibration stationed in the Repair Department at Subase Pearl Harbor.   My other work experiences include account management for financial advisors, managing a team of Employee Stock Purchase Plan and Stock Option Plan participant service reps, managing a QA team, managing implementations of online college campuses and online courses and teaching K-6 students for 7 years.
