About
Corey Post is a senior Agile Coach at SolutionsIQ. He has over fifteen years of experience in product development, product life cycle planning and product strategy with a passion for guiding successful adoption of Scrum practices at all levels of the enterprise in regards to productivity, performance and vitality.
Corey has developed and delivered workshops on Scrum, story writing, sprint planning, retrospectives and refinement and has applied the principles of Agile to both IT and non-IT related industries and sectors. Corey’s practice areas include Scrum for teams with a focus on product development using rapid build, measure and learn cycles, prototyping and minimally viable products to create new/incremental stakeholder value.
Corey has deep experience mentoring product owners in the use of backlog prioritization, use cases, user scenarios, product vision, roadmap creation, release plans, user story development, story mapping and personas.
In addition, Corey coaches executives and product managers on leveraging financial analysis and modeling, including net present value (NPV), return on investment (ROI) and payback period, to determine business priority and ranking for the program/product backlog.
Corey earned his MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business Administration where he was awarded a full tuition scholarship for achievements in entrepreneurship and product development.
