About
My name is Dianne Spyridon.
I have been working in the IT industry for 20+ years now. While attending college, I helped to launch one of the first Internet Service Providers (ISP) in New York. I consider myself very fortunate to have been right there at the inception of the Internet Revolution, which ultimately changed the world into a 'global community'. I had discovered exactly what road I wanted to be on: the information superhighway.
I relocated to Florida during the "bubble", where I devoured technical knowledge, and implemented strategies for companies wishing to have an internet presence. In the aftermath, I founded my own Start Up Company (later sold), implementing what I had learned. My knowledge of the IT Industry is broadly diversified. I am self-motivated, have excellent communication, organization and people skills, and often become a public face of the companies where I am employed.
I have spent time honing the ability to function well in both the "geek" world and the corporate world, enabling me to effectively bridge the communication gap between technical (devs, etc.) and business teams (sales/marketing, leadership, etc.), as well as the end consumer.
Knowing how to motivate development teams and implement design strategies to efficiently create a product that satisfies and keeps the users coming back for more is my specialty. Just as important is that I always evaluate and follow through with customers to strike a balance between the consumer and the company for the next milestone in a project. Staying at the forefront of tech trends is just one more benefit I bring to the team.
