Title: Project Manager/Agile Coach
I am a CSM, CSP, PMP certified IT professional with more than 15+ years Team/Project/Implementation management, software design/configuration, and programming experience in working with Subject Matter Experts from a wide range of branches.
In relation to Scrum/Agile: I transitioned my first company to Agile in 2008. A 45 FTE developer department, transitioned from waterfall to Scrum. The immediate win was a product that was 18 months out from release, was released in 1 months after introducing the team to Scrum. Since then I have been involved in transitioning large and small companies to Agile using elements from LeSS, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, user centric design, lean start up, lean canvas and management 3.0.
