My name is David Wain, I am a highly skilled software and technology professional with diverse experience in multiple verticals and every aspect of the product and project development cycle. I specialize in using Scrum, enveloped with Agile principles to help technology teams and senior leadership envision, build, and manage profitable technology products and projects.
I have an array of technology and software consulting experience with companies from start-ups to enterprise companies. By coaching IT and the business regarding how to be a highly effective communicator in the most effective Agile way that stems from empirical data. In order to achieve the desired results, I embrace techniques that capture the business goal while releasing working software of the highest quality and customer value expeditiously.
