Mike Watson is an IT professional with many years managing & directing software applications, software development projects, software package selection & implementation projects, & professional services engagements. 

As the Director responsible for Solutions Delivery, he provides IT project management services for various clients using both phase gate and agile Scrum project frameworks.

As the IT Director responsible for the project office, he introduced agile techniques to the organization & shifted project execution to the core Scrum framework. He trained & supported Scrum Masters and shifted focus to ongoing coaching to solidify the organization's paradigm shift for teams at various maturity levels on the framework.
