I love scrum!  I was a waterfall project manager for approximately 10 years.  In 2014, I was introduced to scrum and had the opportunity to work with an Agile Coach to learn a new way of running projects.  I’ve heard that many traditional project managers don’t care for agile. That has not been my experience at all. I find it refreshing to admit upfront that there will be change and to have the ability to inspect and adapt along the way.

Role: Coach and mature Agile Scrum Teams, partners with Scrum Masters to ensure utilization of best practices, train new Product Owners and ensure they have the support they need to be effective in their role

Role: Facilitate scrum ceremonies, enthusiastically endorse agile practices, shape team experience, radiate information, protect the team, and aggressively remove impediments.
