  • Coach Agile Scrum and Kanban teams to improve productivity and quality through the implementation of Agile best practice and techniques
  • Mentor Scrum Master & teams in Agile Process, practices & ceremonies in alignment with the adoption of the Agile framework.

Aug 14 - Present:

  • Participate in all Scrum ceremonies for develpment teams for green development and new projects and support.
  • Designed and lead Retrospective of Retrospectives for all IT teams
  • Coached IT teams on the support and maintenenance side on how to use Kanban.
  • Created training materials to help team adapt SCRUM practices to both new and existing team members
  • Coached new Product owners from the business side on  this role in a SCRUM environment
  • As agile coach, participate in all Stakeholder meetings to educate on the value of Grooming/prioritizing, setting expectaions and removing impediments from the Scrum team
