I worked in the IT field for over 10 years, participating and running projects in the traditional way, but I fell in love with the agile way as soon as I discovered that the agile and lean approach offer a solid alternative and a better way to organize work.

I am passionate about the people side of the agile values and principles as culture and the people sides remain the main factors of success for any organizations. I am also passionate about change and focus that brings meaningful endeavors that not only improve the bottom line, but will improve the lives of people.

Right after I was bitten by the agile bite, I became active in the community of agilist and took formal training to hone my skills and gain a deeper understanding of the agile values and principles. This coupled with the practical experience in agile and non-agile world put me in a position to help teams and organizations discover more effective practices for managing work.

After few years of being a business analyst, I made a move to be in the heart of the action. I moved to play the role of a scrum master. My people skills have helped me in working through the dysfunctions of teams and navigate the political environments of multiple organizations to deliver solid results and prove that agile lean way can deliver results.

Currently, I am an agile coach helping teams and organizations realize and reap the benefits of agile by focusing on value and eliminating noise and waste
