About
Recently, I worked as an Agile Coach and coached several software development teams. Before that I worked as a development manager/team lead for a software development department, as a project manager and even earlier as ScrumMaster for different development teams.
My previous work experience is as a software developer in several different industries since 2003.
During that time I have developed software in areas such as web-based user interfaces, touch screen based user interfaces, banking and financial systems, IP telephony and industrial control systems. My main areas of interest are coaching leadership, Agile frameworks, project management, Scrum/Kanban, graphic design and user interfaces.
Coaching software development teams in agile frameworks/processes is something that I am truly passionate about. I think it's really fun to work together with the teams and identify how to, for example get a shorter "time to market", make long meetings more efficient, more fun and get them to take less time or to identify the bottlenecks and find out what to do about them. I also have experience of working with distributed teams in English. I really enjoy working with new people and learning new things. Personally I like to have a holistic view of initiatives/projects, however at the same time I like to get down in to details and together with colleagues discuss the pros and cons of different solutions. I have experience from all parts of the development process: coaching, leadership, project management, Scrum Master, requirements/specification, graphic design, implementation and testing.
During vacations, weekends and evenings I have acquired education in fashion design, which is my greatest hobby. I have taken courses at Tillskärarakademin in Stockholm, at Folkuniversitetet and at Beckmans Evening School for Fashion Design.
