About
Che-Chuen Ho
I build high-functioning and dynamic teams by helping you assess your needs and develop a custom plan. Since 2007, I’ve assisted IT departments, government agencies, and teams of all sizes navigate Agile Transformation starting from their first adoption to a complete remaking of the way they do business.
I bring a unique mix of geekiness: medical sciences, technology and application design, and teaching martial arts. I have over twelve years experience in patient care and emergency management. Those years taught me the importance of treating and caring for “people” as opposed to “patients.” I carried that lesson forward into my career in application development and user-experience design. I’ve often said, “At the end of the day, it isn’t about the technology. It’s about how it makes you feel.” It even influenced my style of coaching as a martial arts instructor. I get to know the personalities of each of my students, and teach the art to their style and understanding. Today, that original lesson lives on in my career as an Agile practitioner, trainer, and coach.
The medical field also taught me the value of continual research and curiosity. I connect lessons from seemingly disparate sources into my practice, such as leading edge research in psychology, interpersonal neurobiology, and polyvagal theory, along with mindfulness and non-violent communication.
Integrating so many of my passions together really energizes and invigorates what I do. One workshop attendee from a government agency said, “I was skeptical of the workshop at first, but you really made it worthwhile and extremely informative! I didn’t expect to get so much out of it!” Another remarked, “You are really an engaging and energetic speaker. You made the workshop fun and interactive, and that really helped me learn!”
I look forward to meeting you!
Best Regards,
Che (pronounced “Chay”)
