Phuong Nguyen

Phuong Nguyen has worked several years in IT Training and Software Development in Germany and Vietnam since 2003. When talking with her, you will see her strong interest in Agile practices and Agile mindset.

Phuong started her journey with Scrum in 2011, during her time of being an IT Lecturer and an R&D Officer at FPT University, Hanoi, Vietnam. Then she joined VietSoftware International Company in 2012 and had hands-on experience of Scrum practices with offshore teams in various roles: a Senior Quality Assurance in a Development Team; a Scrum Master transformed from a Project Manager; a Product Owner. She is now also an Agile Coach training and coaching project teams about practices/processes of Scrum and how to be Agile.

Phuong has contributed herself to build Agile Community not only in her own organization, but also in Vietnam. She is currently a Board Member of Agile Vietnam and working with her Agile Vietnam team to organize Scrum/Agile events, share knowledge about Agile practice/mindset with individuals/organizations and conduct Agile courses in Vietnam.
