Cherie is a Senior Manager for the Outside Plant Construction Planning & Program Management team within Cox Communications in Atlanta, Georgia. While the business does not incorporate a formal Agile framework, Cherie works to utilize Agile concepts where appropriate. Previously, she served as the Kanban Lead for the Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer / Sell Your Car Program at Autotrader. The Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer product provides dealer clients and car shoppers instant association with the most trusted third-party automotive brand. In April 2016, along with the integration of the Kelley Blue Book® Price Advisor, a new consistent landing including a responsive design makes the experiences cohesive across all platforms (desktop, tablet and mobile). The technology platform currently used to support the product was revamped. The effort required work from 4 delivery teams located in multiple US locations and additional talent from various company subsidiaries. Immediately prior to joining the Autotrader team, Cherie worked as a Senior Project Manager for The Weather Channel's Localization hardware engineering team responsible for the development and deployment of next generation lntelliStar systems which facilitate the insertion of local weather data into the channel's programming to achieve expected business results. It was at TWC that Cherie got her start in Agile methodologies. Cherie is an energetic, solution-focused servant leader with proven ability to achieve business objectives.
