Richard Yang has over 20 years of working experience in IT industry, he has extensive experience on Agile/Scrum software development and management, and had led teams to deliver various projects successfully in different industries like Finance, Healthcare, Tele-Communication, e-Commerce, Video Surveillance, Emergency Information Management Service etc. Focused on software development and management with the methodologies from traditional waterfall to Agile/Scrum, realign project management under Agile/Scrum context, also coaching and training junior/senior developers to align the Scrum ceremonies and exert Scrum practices, methodologies.
