Hello, my name is Dawn McCaffrey and I am a CSM.
I have been in the IT field for almost 30 years and a Project Manager for 15 of those years. Working as a Project Manager I have excellent time management skills as well as developed superb organizational skills.
While consulting for about the last 10 years I have gained so much knowlege from working in many different industries. The great thing is how easily PM skills transfer from one industry to another.
I was introduced to Agile back in 2006 and been passionate about it ever since. I received my CSM in 2013 and been enjoying working as a Scrum Master since then.
