Heidi Seidl

Heidi Seidl is a leading agile scrum master and an agile host. I have more than 7 years expierience in IT projectmanagement and helping the organizations to become agile. Since 2013 I act also as an change agent and agile coach. I initialize and moderate Scrum Master CoP every 2 weeks. I also support Product Owner CoP every month. At RVS I supported 8 teams to be agile and tried to sustain this behaviour. I was co-initator of epic-planning-days at RVS. The epic planning day is an every 2-month planning time with all dev-teams, to better align with business goals and to adress risks transparent and early enough. 

After 7 years, I started a new challenge in a new job, as leader in software development and agile coach in a small company at Salzburg. This is again from the start, but different challenge, different domain. I could grow with this new engagement.

Heidi initialize scrum user group in Salzburg. Agile leadership is a special interest topic now. Additionally I hold several lectures at University Salzburg and University of Applied Scienies in Urstein.
